Jarret was raised in The Pas and has only lived away to attend agricultural school in Alberta. Jarret now raises purebred limousine cattle and works full time at Canadian Craft Paper.

Debbie has spent most of her life in the Cranberry Portage area. Debbie works with Child and Family Resource Center in Cranberry Portage and is involved with many community groups and organizations.

Joel was born and raised in The Pas and along with his wife and 5 children farms cattle and grain full time.

Randi is a long-time resident to the area and is currently the CAO for the town of The Pas. This background gives Randi a sound understanding of all of the local issues.

Neil moved to The Pas in 1979 from Melfort SK to start a beef farm. Neil sits on several agricultural boards and committees and has been a RM councillor for 15 years. Neil’s familiarity with the landscape and residents will help to promote the District and its programs.

Shawn’s interest in the north, agriculture and the outdoors made the decision easy to move to The Pas in 2000 becoming the Manager of Kelsey Watershed District. He currently resides within the RM of Kelsey and with his wife manage a small heard of bison.

Heather Perchaluk was born and raised in The Pas, M.B. She currently lives in the R.M. of Kelsey with her husband Chris Perchaluk a local honey bee farmer and their three children. Heather enjoys spending time with her family camping, fishing, and just enjoying the outdoors. Heather has been with the District since 2005.
